Our Supported Living service is designed for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or other support needs. We work closely with each individual to promote choice, dignity, independence, and inclusion within the community.
Support is person-centred and tailored to each person’s needs, abilities, and goals. This may include assistance with:
Daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
Personal care (where required)
Medication support
Accessing education, training, or employment
Managing appointments and healthcare needs
Building social skills and maintaining relationships
Engaging in community activities and meaningful hobbies
